Is there a long-term contract?
No. The Growth Content package is a 30-day pilot with no long-term contract. You can continue month to month for as long as it makes sense for your business.
Which platforms are supported?
Starter Presence includes either Facebook or Instagram. Growth Content includes Facebook and Instagram. Authority Content supports up to three agreed platforms.
Do you create images and videos?
Yes. Branded static posts and short-form videos are created using your photos and videos when available, licensed stock visuals, screen recordings, and AI-supported production.
Do I need to appear on camera?
No. AI spokesperson videos and screen-recorded content can be used instead. If you do want to appear on camera, your own footage can be used too.
Do I approve posts before publishing?
Yes. Every batch of content is sent for your review, and nothing is scheduled until you approve it.
Do you respond to comments and messages?
Daily comment and inbox management is not included in the core packages. Basic community management is available as an add-on with a defined weekday time allowance. Quotes, complaint resolution, sales closing, and after-hours coverage are not included unless agreed separately.
Do you run Facebook and Instagram ads?
Ad spend and ad management are not included in the core packages. An ad creative pack is available as an add-on, and ad management can be discussed separately.
How soon can we start?
After payment, onboarding, brand assets, account access, and the required business details are received, the first content plan is typically prepared within 5–7 business days. Delayed assets or approvals can move the schedule.
What happens after the 30-day pilot?
You can stop after the pilot, continue month to month, or move to a different package. There is no automatic long-term commitment unless we separately agree to one in writing.
